All unavailable functionality has been flagged in Biz for customers, and additional information has been provided at help.leafly.com with work arounds until service can be restored.
Our SMS provider has restored partial service, now allowing limited transactional SMS to customers and drivers related to pickup and delivery orders. Currently all other SMS functionality is still unavailable, including two-way chat functionality, and promotional updates.
While we continue work to resolution, we have temporarily removed the "notify customer via SMS" checkbox from the order details page.
We are working on transitioning all order related texts into emails. In the meantime, customers will continue to get the order confirmation emails that link to a page allowing them to track their order.
We have disabled the "SMS Updates to Followers" feature, until text updates are restored.
Chat functionality to pickup and delivery customers and drivers is currently unavailable. In lieu of chat, we recommend calling customers directly if you need any additional information on an order.
We communicated the text outage via messaging inside of the Biz Platform, letting clients know that SMS was unavailable.
Leafly was notified by our SMS provider that our account was being suspended for cannabis-related content.
