Get started by updating items on your Pickup menu from your Leafly Biz account.
New menu items are added to your Pickup menu automatically. To edit these, simply go to the Menu Manager and toggle items on or off.
Get notified of new pickup and delivery orders by enabling email alerts in your menu settings.
You can also set up a printer to print off Leafly orders as they come in - this way you'll never miss an order.
Open up the order to confirm you've received it. This automatically sends a text message confirmation to the customer.
If something was ordered that you can't fill, use the chat feature to let the customer know what's available and suggest a substitute.
Once you have everything in the bag ready to go, hit ‘Ready for Pickup’.
This will send a text message to the customer to let them know their order is ready.
Once the customer has collected their order, press 'Complete'.
The customer will then be sent a request to review their Pickup experience with you.
